Please contact your party host or sales consultant direct to place your order.
Option 2.
1. Select the items you wish to order.
3. Your order, payment option and delivery details will then be confirmed by Tigerberry and sent within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, direct deposit or cheque.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.
Postage
All orders will be sent by Australia Post or Courier.
Extra charges apply for express or registered post.
Orders over $300.00 = FREE postage and handling
Orders under $300.00 = $7.95 postage and handling
Exchange or Return
All returns and exchanges must be authorized with Tigerberry by calling 0417 360 545.
Exchanges will only be accepted if products are in perfect condition with all swing tags attached.
We will exchange items up to ten (10) days from delivery (subject to stock availability).
No refunds will be given after ten (10) days from delivery.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, your product will be exchanged or a credit note issued.
Postage costs will only be covered by Tigerberry in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Privacy
No personal details or information will be disclosed to another party.
